Cobalt Real Estate Management Inc. provides residential real estate management services to property owners, Homeowner Associations management services, and condominium management services. Cobalt Real Estate Management also offers commercial Dayporting services to large shopping centers.
General Contracting
Gray Lane Homes is our residential General Contracting company that focuses on residential spec builds, residential flips, customer new build services, and design services.
Paint/remodel/maintenance
Titanium Painting and Construction offers resident and commercial painting services and residential remodel and construction services.
Cleaning
Copper Hill Cleaning offers residential cleaning services. Our focus is residential turnover cleaning services, weekly routine cleaning services and Condominium cleaning services.

Craig Lauppe is the Owner and CEO of Iron Gate Collective Inc, which has multiple subsidiary companies in the residential real estate industry that serve the greater Manhattan KS area. These businesses are Cobalt Real Estate Management Inc., Titanium Painting and Construction LLC, Gray Lane Homes LLC, and Copper Hill Cleaning LLC.
Craig has called Manhattan home since he was two years old. He married his high school sweetheart Lindsay, and they now have two beautiful daughters together. In December of 2010, Craig graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in entrepreneurship and a minor in leadership studies. He began the real estate management company the day he graduated from KSU and went on to obtain his residential general contractor license.
Like many entrepreneurs, as his company grew, Craig was searching for other ways that he could provide quality services to homes in the Manhattan community. By opening other businesses that complement the real estate management company, he’s achieved these goals.
